The maximum memory frequency supported can vary depending on the specific CPU model and memory configuration.

Refer to the tables below for the maximum DDR5 speeds supported under different setups:

For 12th Gen Alder Lake-S processors

For 13th Gen Raptor Lake-S processors

For 14th Gen Raptor Lake-S Refresh processors

This error occurs because Microsoft Dynamic Lighting and VIVID LED DJ are both trying to control the lighting settings at the same time, causing a conflict. To resolve this issue, please turn off Microsoft Dynamic Lighting first, then you can use VIVID LED DJ.

Steps:

1. Click on the Start menu icon in the taskbar and select Settings.

2. Go to Personalization, then click on Dynamic Lighting.

3. Turn off the toggle for Use Dynamic Lighting on my devices.

If the motherboard has LED control functions, Windows 10/11 will automatically install the BIOSTAR MSFT 6K7322 driver, which is recognized as a USB hot-plug device. The BIOSTAR MSFT icon will appear in the system tray (lower right corner).

This icon is associated with the lighting control functionality and it can be safely ignored, as it does not require any user action.

1. Press Delete when the system boots up to enter BIOS.

2. Navigate to Security >Secure boot.

3. Enable Secure boot.

4. Navigate to Key Management.

5. On Intel platform: 

Enable Factory Key Provision.

On AMD platform: 

Select Restore Factory Keys.

> AMD platform

6. Press "Yes" to prceed with install factory defaults.

7. Then press "No" in the next window.

8. Press F10 save & exit.

How to confirm whether secure boot is on?

1. Enter Windows.

2, Type "system information" in search bar.

3. Open System information.

4. Secure Boot State is On when secure boot is enabled.

According to A520 chipset specification, it doesn’t compatible with Ryzen 2000 series processors.

1. Open Realtek HD Audio Manager.

The icon is in the notification area (the lower right of the screen).

 
2. When using AC’97 front panel audio, audio manager will always show there are devices connected to the front panel.

 
3. Click the yellow icon on the upper right of the window. Check the box to Disable front panel jack detection. Then click OK.

Please follow the steps below :
1. Unplug the Power Cord from Power Supply and waiting for 2 minutes.
2. Install the M.2 Wi-Fi card into Wi-Fi slot.
3. Plug the Power Cord to Power Supply.
4. Install the M.2 Wi-Fi drivers (Wireless and Bluetooth).
5. Restart your system.
6. After system boot to Windows OS,try to check device manager, confrim the Wireless & Bluetooth device can be recognized.

If the M.2 SSD device is not detected, please try following methods for troubleshooting.

1. Ensure your M.2 device is working properly on other computers.

2. Reinstall M.2 device. Make sure it is installed properly.

3. Try another M.2 socket, if your motherboard has more than one M.2 sockets.

4. Ensure the device is recognized in BIOS.

a. Press delete when the system boots up to enter BIOS.

b. Go to Advanced >NVMe Configuration

5. Try other M.2 devices from the storage support list.

6. If your M.2 device is in Legacy boot mode, please enable CSM support.

a. Press delete to enter BIOS.

b. Go to Advanced > CSM Configuration / Go to Boot menu

c. Enable CSM support.

d. Press F10 save & exit.
 

Clear CMOS to make sure if the computer can boot up, please follow the step below.

1. Remove AC power line.
2. Set the jumper to “Pin 1-2 short”, you can use a metal object like a screwdriver to touch the
two pins.
3. Wait for five seconds.
4. After clearing the CMOS values, be sure the jumper is “Pin 1-2 open”.
5. Power on the AC.
6. Load Optimal Defaults and save settings in CMOS
